Waldorf Salad

1 Apple
2 C. red grapes
3 celery sticks
3/4 C chopped walnuts (we used a bag of mixed nuts we had)
2 TBSP veganaise
4 green onions
1 avocado
1 can of black beans drained and rinsed
Finely chop all ingredients and mix intogether with veganaise. Add avocado last so it doesn't get all mushy in themixture. Scoop into a whole wheat pita with spinach or romaine lettuce and enjoy!
Super refreshing and delicious!
